FAQ

Is this an app?

No. It's one email every Thursday with breakfasts, lunches, dinners, the grocery list and the prep plan inside.

Will my kids actually eat this?

Breakfasts and dinners are kid‑friendly basics (lunches are built to pack), you tell us foods to avoid, and thumbs‑down meals don't come back.

How do you keep it under budget?

You set a weekly budget, and the plan reuses ingredients across breakfast, lunch and dinner (roughly 30) so you buy less and waste less. Prices are estimates and vary by store.

How accurate are the macros?

Numbers come from standard nutrition databases and are estimates. Actual values depend on brands, cuts and how you cook.

Is this medical or dietary advice?

No. Plans are general information, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian about medical conditions, pregnancy or specific dietary needs. Always check ingredient labels for allergens. We can't guarantee a plan is free of any allergen.

Can I switch from bulking to cutting?

Yes. Update your goal anytime from any email and next week's plan adjusts. The family meals stay the same; only your plate changes.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, in one click from any email.

Dinner recipes

Each breakfast and lunch recipe is batch-cooked to cover several days: 1 recipe covers Mon–Fri, 2 cover Mon–Wed and Thu–Fri, 3 cover Mon–Tue, Wed and Thu–Fri. With fewer dinner recipes you cook a double batch and have leftovers the next night. Nothing cooked on Sunday is eaten after Wednesday; later portions are frozen and come with thaw notes.
